We’re a creative marketing studio working with ambitious, independent hospitality brands. From seasonal content and storytelling to website launches and long-term strategy, we help our clients grow with clarity and charm.
We're looking for a skilled freelancer to support us on a flexible basis, someone who can create and edit engaging content, write thoughtful copy, and manage social scheduling via a third-party app.
What You’ll Do
Capture and edit content for social (photos, short videos, reels) Write on-brand captions and short-form copy Organise and upload content via a third-party scheduling platform Follow content calendars and scheduling timelines Identify and incorporate emerging social trends into relevant campaigns Work alongside the core team to ensure visuals and voice align with each brand Travel to Lincolnshire (or be Lincoln-based) for regular in-person content capture What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in content creation and editing, ideally for food, drink, or lifestyle brands • Strong copywriting skills (you know the difference between good and forgettable captions) • Comfortable using third-party social platforms for scheduling and analytics • Awareness of current social trends, formats, and platform behaviours • A good eye for layout, composition, and brand tone • Organised, self-motivated, and happy working independently • Must be able to travel to Lincolnshire or be based locally • Flexible freelance hours (initially 1–2 days per week, with potential to grow)How to Apply
